Easy Park & Go, kept keys so no messing around in a queue. Waited 5 mins for bus. All round great experience

Big fan of Purple, used them many times, this time went for Meet and Greet, slight delay with my collection on my return, was told it was a busy day !!!

Straightforward process ,good discount . Driver grumpy on way back as I’d lost my white bit of paper for ID . Would suggest PP think up a better solution than bits of paper for retrieving cars …something linked to phone or in system would be preferable . Reception staff were friendly and efficient though and made up for bus drivers attitude .

Our outward experience was great, with us leaving the car and getting to T3 quite quickly. However our trip back took ages as the bus didn't seem to run to the correct time. At 5.30am in the freezing cold its not fun having to wait longer than necessary.

Once we found the car park everything was smooth - although we forgot our zone number so took a while to find the car on our return. Great price and efficient buses though so will return.

We have used purple parking for many years and have always had good service…..however having booked for NCP Scotpark larger spaces we were disappointed on arrival to find the car park full….we were diverted to another car park….so what was the point of paying more for larger spaces but getting a standard size space…..otherwise no issues.

Safe car park easy to use app polite meters and greeters but the only thing is I couldn't extend the space in app and telephone wouldn't work so had to pay £40 extra

Not happy that when we got to the return pickup point your driver saw us coming shut the gate and then sat in his cab for about 5 mins left with only 3 passengers. When we collected our car all the controls had been played with.

Once I found the parking every thing went smoothly also finding the return bus stop was very easy and not too long waiting time picking up my car was so easy I would use purple parking again

Parking near to terminal and I also took out insurance for delays coming home which was handy as our flight was 30 hours later back to the Uk

Couldn't fault the parking and bus service too terminal 3 Heathrow however, the return home bus pick up was a bit different. We was picked up, no problem with that part. The problem came with the driver moaning because my wife and I had to lift 8 suitcases on, as our kids couldn't lift them. He then drove with no care for people standing near the suitcases. 3 adults had to stand and hold the suitcases because the driving was so erratic. Once returned to the car park, the driver continued to moan to other staff etc after deserting the bus and walking off moaning.

Having needed to ask a couple of questions of Purple Parking about the return procedure - as I was booking my car in (Not an easy task), overall the experience was excellent. However there were a couple of points you ought to be aware off a) the young lady, when we were picking up our car from Bath Rd, either had had a bad day so far or didn’t like people asking where their car was parked in your compound (right outside your office) & b) The digital clock displayed in the Shuttle bus taking us to & from the airport was 1 hour wrong ie it had not been changed since the clocks were changed some months ago & the driver did not think this was important.

The booking process was easy, along with being kept informed all the way up to arrival. The instructions for the parking were a bit vague at the end, where you should have said to go into the short stay carpark, collecting a ticket as you enter. The rest was pretty straight forward. Please be aware that the time that you specify needs to be adhered to as near as you can, as we arrived 45 minutes late, having driven over 200 miles, getting stuck in traffic at the end, so had to pay £7.00 for the short stay parking ticket, as the driver had gone elsewhere. We had called ahead to let them know of the delay, but to no avail! The collection was fine. Overall, it was a good service
