Birmingham Airport. The location was fine, easy to find and easy to park. We just missed a bus and consequently it took nearly 40 mins for us, from the time of arrival at the car park to arriving at the airport. Coming back we waited at the airport bus stop for nearly an hour without a bus arriving. There were roadworks on the return journey, as these were known about perhaps it would have been prudent to use 2 buses.

Everything went very smoothly and we were very happy with the service. Just one complaint: I made the booking in my name. I am a woman and a wheelchair user. When we arrived, I presented the paperwork to the man at the desk and he COMPLETELY ignored me, addressing all the questions and comments to my husband. The booking was in my name and I had provided my mobile phone number, but he asked my husband for his mobile number. That is downright rude and I was not happy at all! Staff training is required.

The place was easy to find and it was straightforward dropping off and picking up my car. They also didn't charge extra when my plane was delayed by nearly three hours. My only issue being it did take around 45 mins including bus wait time to get to and from the terminal which is something you need to factor in. The price is very competitive however.

Took the pain out of an early morning flight ... lovely accommodation,car parked and the airport only a few steps away in the morning

Perfect reception on arrival, the only thing I can suggest it you put another advert on the roundabout on entry, you really have to be on the ball to see the signs, once your in the area it’s all good, this would make it a little be easier for people not having to have a disagreement in the car with their better half about which way to go 😂 otherwise all good 👍, will use pp again.

Purple parking at Gatwick was easy to find, transport to/from South Terminal frequent with very little waiting time. all in all, a good service

Easy to find however when I parked up I was told to park check-in and then staff would park my car . I handed my keys off we went quick transfer . On return lovely driver was waiting at stop 7-8 very friendly even helped us with our luggage’s on and off bus . He sang few songs not bad at all . Only downside my car was parked under trees and was stained with pollen marks otherwise all good .

Lovely greeting by reception upon arrival. Only waited 5 minutes for transport to terminal. Return transport from terminal only waited about 10 mins max. Receptionist gave keys and vehicle location clearly. Cost of parking comparable with other operators.

Always happy using Purple Parking, although we did have a slight problem when we realised the day before flying that the registration on the documents were incorrect although the make and colour of our car was correct, unfortunately we couldn’t get hold of anyone and the help guide was unable to change the information, fortunately we were able to resolve this at the car park but only this time due to GDPR !!! The moral of the story is make sure you double check the details on your documents !!

The service was excellent overall. However, we experienced a delay due to a 15-minute wait for the bus, followed by a lengthy journey to all the other terminals before returning to our vehicle. As a result, it took over an hour from the time we began waiting for the bus to when we finally reached our car.

In general I'm happy with the service. When picking my car up after the trip I was asked to pay £68 because of my "over stay". The agent at Meet & Greet was nice enough and while she was getting her card machine I was able to produce a paper copy of my booking. I was checking out 1 hour and 15 minutes before the allotted time. She said it must have been a computer error. Anyway, I didn't have to pay the £68 in the end.

Very friendly and helpful gentleman as I paid twice ,so had to call . The only issues I had was when we arrived in the blue badge parking area to wait for the bus,there was no seating ,considering I had issues standing for periods of time I had to sit in the car as we were close to the bus stop. Not ideal really
