Checking in before arrival meant No hustle in parking and collecting my car. However post code to the car park was created confusing, therefore I lost time getting lost trying to locate the parking site.

Really friendly service by staff there. Had to wait a while for the bus to arrive when we got back to the airport but otherwise they were really good. Although it did throw me somewhat when they put the handbrake on the automatic as I had no clue how to take it off again at first.

Great service from the staff we dealt with and car was ready to go by the time we got to the pick up point. However the rear end of the car was very dirty and had obviously been half parked under a tree as it was covered in tree sap and seeds which means the car will have to be cleaned hence the slightly lower rating.

My experience was easy and good service. Instructions sent were clear and we didn't have to wait for bus as one there. On returning very quick and easy.

I know that the instructions do identify the floor to get to at T5 but there is another company using a purple logo on the same floor that is misleading. It would assist if there is a clear indication that PP is at the end of the level.

PP Costs vs. NHS discounts are nil, am I doing something wrong? Parked with Flying Scot again at Edinburgh Airport (Ratho Station is easy to reach from the motorway and only 8 -10 minutes from the airport). Bus was already waiting from us when we arrived on site, very busy small bus. Waited 15 minutes upon arrival back to Edinburgh which isnt that long but it was torrential rain and that made it uncomfortably cold.

The service was good. It would have been 5*, if there had been an obvious sign at the entrance indicating that it was a Purple Parking car park.

Been using this location for parking at Heathrow for over 20 years. The only problem that started during Covid, is that pick up from Terminal 3 goes via terminal 5 instead of going straight back to the parking area putting almost 20 minutes extra on the journey back. After a long flight, that is not what is wanted. Covid inpact has finished. Please put the direct bus back on and don't go via Terminal 5. If it wasn't for that I would give 5 Stars

Easy to drop off and pick up car. Unfortunately there was no bus after 23.30 at T3 despite being told that they ran up to midnight. A phone call was necessary to the office who then sent one to pick us up.

On arrival dropping off the vehicle went really smooth. On return from holiday, followed the instructions and phoned when luggage had been collected. Went to the collection point and wrong car was waiting for us, then had to wait a further 20 mins for my car to arrive. Very frustrating after a long flight home. While waiting a friend from the same flight was also told he would have to wait as his car wasn't there also!

I had to return a day earlier than planned and you changed my old pick up time to the new one without any difficulties, and the car was there waiting for me. However, there were problems actually getting through to you on the phone to make this change, so I can only give you 4 stars.

Excellent, convenient and good value for money as always. Just one point - when returning the car, please don't reverse in to the parking bay as it makes it very difficult (impossible if you are on an outside bay against the barrier) to get the luggage in the boot unless you pull the car forward and block everyone else from moving around.
