All good just cars parked not in bays correctly was very tight to get out from my car. But everything else very good. Happy

Expected to see signage at Long Stay car park @ Stansted Airport which caused a bit of confusion. Queued for 45 mins in cold waiting with about 100 others for Long Stay return bus. Numerous other buses to Mid term and Car hire operated. When bus finally arrived people charged to board causing havoc.

Great service, but a slow transfer to T2 Heathrow when I arrived, luckily I had allowed time, but a 15 minute wait for the minibus, followed by drop-off and pick-up at T3 first really slowed this down.

Everything fine as usual but the pick up bus was overcrowded and parents with children in buggies standing in the isles amongst unrestrained luggage.

Car on return 2 weeks later was in good condition although we had to await collection as it was in the 'holding section'. This delayed our departure time unfortunately.

We use this service often, very good. Unfortunately this time, due to the closure of Heathrow Airport on 21st March 2025, there was some confusion about when we returned on an alternative flight. Our airline changed the date twice and although we updated Purple Parking both times and called on landing at Heathrow, the car was not at the airport when we arrived. Other than that, I would have given a 5/5

Good efficient service, especially considering the turmoil caused due the shut down at LHR as the result of a full scale power outage. One minor complaint and it relates to poor signage / direction at T 5. Carpark Level 4. On leaving the lift the only sign says go the collection desk at Zone ‘A’. But no arrow at indicate which direction Zone A was , hence a very frustrating long walk which after a long haul flight was not appreciated. On making enquiries; no seem to know the existence of Zone ‘A’ ……. Perhaps an obsolete sign which needs replacing.As I say a minor point, but worth considering please.
