We used Purple Parking at Heathrow many years ago and I said I would never use them again. However, we needed parking at Heathrow recently and gave them another try. What a difference! The staff we had dealings with were polite, efficient and helpful, unlike our previous experience! The only criticism I would have is the shuttle service with Purple Parking was disappointing. We may have just missed a bus and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for the next one. During that time, we saw many other Heathrow Airport parking buses come and go. The wait was far too long, especially after a long flight, and it made the overall experience just that little bit disappointing.

Absolutely stunning service. Easy to book ( I did meet and greet at north terminal Gatwick) My car was parked nicely in a bay on arrival, however they asked me to wait a moment and kindly brought the car to me as I am a wheelchair user. Brilliant service thank you guys and girls

Meet & greet at BHX is awful. Arrived when raining, had to wait more than 15 minutes to get sorted and all out in the rain, no cover other than the overhead rail link! On returning to collect car we had to wait around 25 minutes in very wet conditions and one of our party was of senior age. Again no cover from the rain, no where for an elderly person to sit. I expect meet and greet to be exactly that not meet and wait!

Very polite and helpful staff. Dealing efficiently with people who were getting off the bus eager to get to their vehicles. A good system that tracks the arrival of flights so that, although we were late, our car was ready for us.

Very pleased with the Meet and Greet service. No fuss and left us with plenty of time to have Breakfast airside. Car was ready for us to shoot straight off on our return.

Unfortunately, the shuttle service with Purple Parking was very disappointing. We must have just missed a bus and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for the next one. During that time, we saw numerous Heathrow Airport parking buses (around eight in total) come and go. The wait was far too long, especially after a flight, and it made the overall experience quite frustrating. Based on this, I wouldn’t choose Purple Parking again in the future.

The booking platform itself was straight forward and user friendly. The actual parking was cost effective. What wasn’t so great was Michelle the customer service agent we had to encounter on trying to leave the car park (Mid Stay STN) Her tone and customer service in general was shocking. She claimed you aren’t to press ticket on arriving and said this was stated on the website. It quite clearly is not and the button was pressed as the barrier did not open. Hopefully Michelle’s not working if you have any issues lads!

Overall very efficient, however on our return when we boarded the bus to pickup the car, the driver lacked communication and not helpful with passenger's drop off stops.

Efficient, Bus left depot on time and quite quickly reach T5. Collection was good and quite quick back to depot. However, we understood that there is another depot at T5 and wonder why we were not booked in there as the transit time would be shorter.
