We parked at Maple Parking for Terminal 5, very handy and was a short transfer. However when we returned the car was onsite undamaged but looked like it had been parked on a farm! Filthy inside and out, the inside of my Ford Pumas grill is full of leaves, goodness knows where they have come from? I’ll need to remove this now to get them out, not good!

It was easy to book. Easy to find the car park. Drop off and pick up were good - the driver helped with our cases. All round, would recommend.

Polite staff easy to get to departures. Unclear info on app where to go and go back to and poor signage in car park only downside. Make info clearer on app.

The app / site doesn't work properly. I couldn't modify my return flight which was changed. I tried to add new flight number but thus was not recognized. Helpdesk doesn't work saturday evening so despite I arrived before the parking end the person said he had to wait longer at terminal because of previous indicated flight and I had to pay other 8£ parking.

Caught up in the middle east crisis and got home late. Paid £120 for 13 days parking originally. Even though I booked another 4 days from abroad I was charged £166 for 4 days. Complete exploitation of stranded people. Late return cover did not cover my late return apparently. If I hadn't managed to book a second slot from abroad I would have been charged £64 per day. £256 for the 4 days. Used purple parking 3 times a year for many years, will never do again

As usual a very good service. The lady driver going to our flight, was so thorough. She reminded us to check all our documents, ensure we had all our luggage, husband/wife, everything, all before she started the journey. She even wished us a safe and enjoyable holiday when dropping us off at the terminal. These are reasons, amongst many others, that we use Purple parking. Thank you.

The parking on the Charlwood site was excellent, but the information given via Holiday Extras (for Purple Parking) when our flight home was cancelled was completely incorrect, thus impacting on our most recent satisfaction with the Purple Parking experience. It should be clearly stated what to do if your flight home is cancelled or delayed. I was informed via a chat service to rebook for the days we wouldn't be able to collect. Infact Q parking (for PP) merely charges £20 a night for any overstay. There is no opportunity to extend the booking on line at that point. So presently i have 2 cases pending for refunds having taken the insurance add on on the original booking. I have to say however that Steve at Holiday Extras has been extremely helpful, so hopefully a satisfactory outcome will occur. Having used Purple Parking many times previously, the service has always been excellent. Great transfers and car always in good condition and readily available on collection.

Service wasn't too bad on arrival, BUT on return i waited like 40min for my car, seemed people on same flight as me only waited 10-15min
