The only problem I had was finding the place. You should mention that the car park is shared with Q Park where the writing is more prominent. Also state on instructions that this is a dual carriageway. Once I entered, it was not clear where I should drive too. One of your employees moved a cone that was blocking the road and then disappeared. It is not clear that drivers should carry on until they got to reception - there were no signs for it! Once these issues were overcome, the rest was plain sailing. It was quick and efficient. The return journey from the airport was painless. Now that I know the drill I will use again but please make it easier for virgin users!

Drop off at Gatwick South was quick and easy but when we returned I called to let them know we had our bags and were heading to the car park. We then waited half an hour for our car which was only brought then because I asked to check on it. Apparently 'they' had forgotten to bring it to us. Mistakes happen I guess, it wasn't the best first time of using the service but it wouldn't put me off using them again.

It's a carpark.. where i parked my car in a parking spot. Shuttle was quick and not too far to take our luggage. I did pay extra whilst booking for delayed flight and our flight was delayed so it did work out only £8, so did save a few quid , but whilst driving to the barrier to get out, it tried charging me £340 but after speaking too an employee and he realised after putting my registration through computer that I'd already paid for the week . He said sorry and off I went . I would stay there again and cheap enough.

Parking was fine in the Long Stay park & the shuttle bus journey was excellent, taking me straight to the terminal. When I arrived back, after 10 days, I realised I had not noted down my parking details correctly, nor had I taken a photo of my car’s position in the car park! Fortunately for me, a lovely guy called Fernando was driving past. I gave him my reg plate number & told him what date & time I had arrived. He was brilliant! After five mins or so, he was back to let me know he’d located my vehicle & even drove me directly to it! I tried to offer him a financial reward but he refused, telling me it was not allowed… car park regulations. As a single female in her 70s, I was extremely grateful as he had saved me from walking around the entire car park with a suitcase, which may have taken me at least 30-40 minutes! As Abba once sang about Fernando in the 70s…he was definitely a top guy! Viva Fernando… gratias.

I paid for a weeks parking but while on holiday the car was moved and I received a parking fine at Manchester Airport because where it was moved to a different area and not paid for.
