“The booking in was straight forward and professional. However, collection was less so. After initial confusion we were given directions to the location of our car. It was in the correct bay number but the directions to that bay were way out. Not what you need on a cold wet night.”

“It’s so easy. Booked on line, turned up at car park and parked car as instructed. Boarded bus to terminal. On the return located bus stop to collect car, followed instruction to car. From landing at T5 to driving out of the car park 1 hour, so quick.”

“Coaches overloaded; people left at terminals; attitude of reception. Apparently, the coach service is complimentary and you don't have to take it and it is not guaranteed! Why book purple parking then for off-site parking services?”
