It could not have been simplier. Drive in and pick up the receipt from the machine. After the holiday drive out using the receipt. No fuss. Brilliant.

Perfect Lots of parking space. Fit onto a bus almost immediately after parking the car. On the way back got onto a bus within 5 minutes of coming out of the airport building. Outstanding!

i have been using it for more than 5 years and always the perfect service. thanks a lot. could be good if they could just pressure wash the car a little. and also give the option to charge it if an electric car. just enough to get you to your home.

You park your car , give your keys , and when you get back you get your keys and your car is ready to collect .. ie it does exactly what it should

Communication was excellent as we got a bit lost in the dark in the airport trying to find the drop off. Everything worked as stated so we would recommend and use again

Although parking was changed due to changes at Manchester airport was straight forward getting parked easy to retrieve keys on our return only down side is it’s a fair walk from terminal where we landed to car park Will use express and go again if we ever fly from Manchester

Very hard to find the Car Park for Luton Airport as “Purple Parking” signs just stop. We eventually found it was in the Airparks Parking site. Self Park Spaces are very tight for our Kia Sportage. Transport to Airport was good. What was not so good is the Transport from airport back to car as it was 2.00 am and freezing cold and the first bus was full and told another would arrive in 7 minutes (It was 30 minutes before the Bus came and everyone was absolutely frozen). Not a good Service at all and probably not be using again.

When I booked purple parking an offer of £54 was advertised, I was surprised to be charged £80. There were no instructions on how to get to the car park but plenty of promotional emails - not helpful. When I phoned to ask about instructions I was told to check my confirmation email that only gave an address and postcode & I had to search for that.

I would find it very difficult to recommend Purple Parking’s Meet & Greet service at Gatwick based on my recent experience. What should have been a seamless start to our holiday turned into a stressful, expensive, and confusing ordeal. The Issues We Encountered: Poor Communication & Upselling: Leading up to our trip, we were bombarded with emails. However, most were attempts to upsell insurance and "holiday extras" rather than providing clear, concise instructions. This cluttered our inbox and made finding actual arrival details nearly impossible. Inaccurate Instructions: The information provided was fundamentally flawed. Online searches directed us to Orange Car Park 5, which was incorrect. It turned out to be Orange Car Park 3. It seems that all exterior and interior signage for Purple parking has been removed, and the email instructions were at odds; we were told to go to Level 1, but the layout in the car park suggested that moving up a floor would lead to Level 2, leaving us trapped in a loop. Zero Support: After three rotations of the Gatwick Short Stay car park, we called Purple Parking for help. The staff on the phone were surprisingly unable to provide any actual directions or advice on how to find them. Hidden Costs: Because of the lack of signage and poor directions, we ended up in the wrong area and were forced to pay an £8 exit fee to NCP just to reset and try again. The Silver Lining (And One Final Letdown): The only reason this isn't a zero-star review is that the staff we eventually found on-site (who seem to work for both Purple and Maple Parking) were helpful, and the actual vehicle collection process upon our return was smooth. However, we were disappointed to find our car completely covered in bird droppings when it was returned. It gave us the distinct impression that the vehicles are stored in a less-than-ideal environment, which is not what you expect when paying for a premium parking service. Final Verdict: The lack of clarity and the resulting stress was "far from ideal" for the start of a holiday. Given the unnecessary £8 exit fee we incurred and the overall poor level of service, we feel a partial refund is warranted. We will be looking for alternative parking providers in the future. Note to Purple Parking: Better signage and fewer marketing emails in favor of one clear "Arrival Guide" would go a long way.

The gentlemen at the reception desk was very welcoming and informative. The only thing i wished i had taken them up on was yo wash my car as it so dirty. Mot sure where they keep the cars but defo get them wash it

Super easy and convenient, the only thing I will say is finding a postcode or instructions on finding it wasn’t as convenient, I phoned and was instructed that the postcode weren’t precise and to simply type in the venue but couldn’t find that detail anywhere .

We pre-booked parking for 8 days at Southampton Ocean Way multi-storey car park, for a very good price. The car park was clean, probably the cleanest car-park I've been in. The lifts and automatic doors worked. I felt comfortable leaving my car there. I was expecting ANPR to manage my entry & exit. However, on entry there was a very pleasant man sitting by the barrier (as it was football match day) who swiped a card to raise the barrier and let us in without even asking for proof of booking. On exit the ANPR didn't raise the barrier so I had to press the help button and after explaining the situation the barrier was raised. I would prefer the ANPR to manage my entry/exit, but it was a minor blemish on the experience ... I still give 5 stars.
