“So simple, straight in, handed the keys over, straight on the bus to my terminal. Landed straight to the bus stop & back to my car. It couldn’t have been easier, even when I changed cars and timing.”

“I have not used Purple Parking at LHR for many years due to long wait times for return of my vehicle and poor staff attitude. Nothing seems to have changed. Whilst I accept that drivers seat position may need to be adjusted, I do not appreciate SatNav etc being played with in the 0.5 mile journey to the storage site. I am a regular business traveler through LHR and will not be using again unless there are no other options.”

“Poorly signed posted. Bus to the airport was overcrowded. Had to wait over 20 mins for pick up. Gatwick parking miles better than Heathrow I’m afraid !!”

“The barrier didn't go up. So I had to pay £139/50 pence . I am trying to find out how to get a refund. This is the first bad experience. We have used the company four times before.Gatwick ; Bristol, Bournemouth. Would like some help sorting it out. Sincerely P Maye.”

“A good service. We were directed to a precise parking spot which was helpful. Easy check in and speedy shuttle service. On return it all went smoothly for us. It is important not to misplace your bus ticket for the return journey. I’d use this car park again.”

“Was not informed that the shuttle bus does not go to terminal 4 so both pick up and drop off we had to be dropped off at terminal 2 and then get the train to terminal 4 and the same for the return and then the shuttle bus continues round to terminal 5 to pick up passengers so the whole process took an additional 1 hour each way which is unacceptable so won’t be booking again”
