“Real shame that the transfer busses now do the full round trip of all the terminals, likely as a cost saving effort at the expense of customers time - makes for a very long transfer time. In the past there used to be separate buses did T1-3 and T4/5. Please bring that back”

“Another good experience with Purple Parking, I didn't have to wait long for either bus, service was efficient at the desk. Could maybe improve the directions to the parking location (having said that, I found it first time) and Gatwick parking is not particularly cheap (PP is one of the better ones, though) but I was happy with my experience. Thanks!”

“Well you didn’t make me happy, our flight was delayed, that I know isn’t your fault however we waited 35 minutes for your bus to collect us at the collection point outside the airport, every carrier except purple parking turned up, just a thought if the flight was late don’t you think you would know and have a bus waiting? Because you are happy to charge me late Collections fees if needed.”

“Easy to park, polite and helpful when we arrived. We returned late but there was no issue when I phoned to confirm. They were waiting for us when we arrived. Never had an issue and would use again.”

“Quite hard to find the location from postcode on google maps as located by a bus lane. I had to ring the office to ask what to put into google maps before. We got lost in the one system 3 times and were nearly going to miss flight. Needs better signposting to get there. Otherwise all straightforward.”
