“Gate wouldn’t open on entry or on our arrival home”

“Been using this location for parking at Heathrow for over 20 years. The only problem that started during Covid, is that pick up from Terminal 3 goes via terminal 5 instead of going straight back to the parking area putting almost 20 minutes extra on the journey back. After a long flight, that is not what is wanted. Covid inpact has finished. Please put the direct bus back on and don't go via Terminal 5. If it wasn't for that I would give 5 Stars”

“Apart from a slight blip on departing Manchester P3 parking. I placed the token into the machine and a £482.80 payment came up on the screen. After a quick call via gate machine all was put right and I continued on my journey home. So DONT PUT YOUR TOKEN IN THE MACHINE it recognised the plates. Thanks for an easy parking experience. I will definitely use Purple Parking again but will keep the token out of the machine.”

“The hotel and parking worked very well and went smoothly with a pleasant room . The transfer to terminal 3 went well for our flight out. Unfortunately the return transfer was not good. The information on the transfer ticket was incorrect and we had a lot of problems trying to find our driver to pick us up from terminal 3”

“Great service and car was where i needed it when i needed it so great. Only downside i booked a cleaning service but this wasn't carried out. No biggie as wasn't charged but just reduced service from excellent to very good.”

“Easy to drop off and pick up car. Unfortunately there was no bus after 23.30 at T3 despite being told that they ran up to midnight. A phone call was necessary to the office who then sent one to pick us up.”
