It took over an hour to get from the terminal back to the car. I will never use purple parking again. Atrocious.

The staff were great and the driver was there to take the car and there with the car when we asked. Car was fine and happy that it had been looked after. The only problem was it is quite a long walk from the car park to Departures especially as it was very cold and raining when we left and cold when we returned. Perhaps not such a problem for young people but for older people with a disabilities it is too much of a hike. There is a nearer car park cannot that be used?

Basically, you just drive in, park, and then drive out. It's really easy! No faffing about and nobody trying to wash your windscreen...

Always book with Purple Parking. This was our first time going to Heathrow & was a bit nervous, but we booked Maple Parking at terminal 5 & wow, what an easy find & the service there was great, we was in & out within minutes, both dropping off & return. So near to the terminal, staff were friendly & polite. Definitely book Maple Parking again 100%

I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent booking with Purple Parking at London Gatwick Airport. After landing on an early morning flight at around 3am, I called for instructions and was directed to a specific bus stop shared by multiple services. When the APH Parking bus arrived, I checked with the driver and was correctly informed it was not Purple Parking. Shortly after, a Cophall Parking bus arrived, and I again asked the driver if it was Purple Parking. I was told “no.” I then waited for a Purple Parking-branded bus and boarded it. However, upon arrival at the car park, I was informed that I had been taken to the wrong location. I was told that because Purple Parking acts as an agent, and my vehicle was actually parked with Cophall, I should have taken the Cophall bus. This caused significant inconvenience, as I then had to return to the airport and wait again for the correct bus, despite being extremely tired after a long journey. My concern is around customer service and communication. The driver of the Cophall bus could have simply explained that Purple Parking operates as an agent and advised me to confirm whether my booking was with Cophall. This would have avoided confusion and unnecessary delays. As a customer, I booked through Purple Parking and was not made clearly aware of this arrangement. I strongly recommend that drivers and staff provide clearer guidance to customers, especially at busy times and for those arriving on early flights. I hope you take this feedback on board to improve the experience for future customers. Thank you.

Smooth efficient: no problems except transfer buses design leave much to be desired. Storage foe cases is ok if you are a weight lifter: for the elderly they are a challange.

Easy to book, very easy access to the car park which has recently been enlarged and security good. Only a few minutes walk to the terminal at Bournemouth.
