Purple parking was once the first point of call unfortunately they became a bit expensive so found cheaper parking elsewhere, seems like they are reducing the price to meet the competition so will be using them again. Easy to book and very good app to store all documents.

Purple parking site itself is very easy to use and used them many times before: however the directions for the airport parking on the confirmation was not great and ended up getting lost because of this which is stressyou don’t need before travel.

Car drop off and collection were fine however I experienced an issue with the return date. This was discovered when dropping the car off. The system had me returning two days earlier than I was. This was because the website had overwritten the correct date with the default 7 day stay. I was disappointed to be hit with a £30 extra charge where a pro rata charge would have been fairer. Also, on arrival, I was expecting to be met by Purple Parking, but the only representative was from Maple Parking, very confusing.

while we were away we contacted to extend the parking period to which we were refused and a fee of £20 per day was charged. that is 10 days of parking £35 and another 2 - £40. ugly!

Have used PP several times over perhaps 15 years and been happy with the service. Booked a city break in Spain and headed to G’wick in my ford ranger. Shocked to be charged an extra £21 PER DAY to park it because it’s on a commercial registration document. That’s more than the flights cost me ! Never been an issue before with my VW combi vans (both on commercial tickets). Won’t be using you again. Told by the car park operators that it’s only Purple that charge this premium.

We overstayed our car park booking through no fault of our own(our flight was cancelled). Whilst they were entitled to charge us for the overstay they decided to waive this charge . Well done Purple Parking

I've used this service at Luton a few times now and parked at both self parking and key drop off. It's very easy to drop off and pick up your car, with shuttle buses coming and going regularly, prices are also reasonable. Definitely recommend, for a worry free parking while traveling.

The service from start to finish was excellent. For me it was about being confident my car was looked after for 10 weeks and robust arrangements were in place to get me and my wife to T5. No dramas all done efficiently

Easy to park once you have negotiated the way to the car park in the pouring rain. Good entry system, good exit system. We have used this company before and will do so again

We have used Purple Parking for some years. Drop off was ok. However signage at Heathrow airport are not as good as they could be. There is so many lanes of traffic that if you miss your turning you end up in the wrong place and have to pay to exit. Once the car is with them, the process has been fine. Returning to Heathrow was good as our car was waiting for us on Level 4 .
