“Parking at East Midlands Airport, the car park was advertised as being a 5 to 7 minute walk to The terminus, well it’s quite a bit longer than that !”

“This parking is a bit off the beaten track but the transfers are quick and ours were very punctual. No frills but has always worked for us.”

“Zero signage to tell first time users where to go - its all signed NCP. Very frustrating when in a rush. had to wait over an hour in the baking sun to get my car back despite calling it in on retrieval of my bags as instructed. There are no waiting facilities. On a plus note the attendants were all very polite.”
