My return flight was cancelled and then rescheduled to the following day and to a different terminal. Quick phone call to Purple Parking and the extra day was booked and collection from the new terminal confirmed. Great support from the team at Purple Parking.

Machine not working to check us in on arrival, even colleague machine not working. Apparently short staffed on pick up when we got home, waiting for drivers, waited around 30 mins in the rain for my car to arrive. Normally great service, bit disappointing this time

Reception at the airport was quick and simple. Arriving back involved a 25 minute for the car to be returned even though I called when we reached the terminal.

Only complaint we have is we stop on level 1 of the short stay car park by mistake at Heathrow and we should have been on level 4, this result in me having to pay an extra £19, not very happy with this arrangement 🤨

Reacted quickly to a misunderstanding. As I was arriving at 4am, I booked that day for parking. When I arrived to collect my car they said I was a day earlier than I booked. Turns out you don’t book that extra day for the day you arrive. Still they got my car within half an hour.
