“Very friendly and fast efficient service at Southend. Just struggled to find the place at first by postcode alone. So I had to google maps the street name instead to find it.”

“There were no problems. Drop off and pick up. There was no wait for the Shuttle bus .. also booked in emergency on the day of the flight and price was great compare to another greedy companies. Thank you, stay like that.”

“I had to return a day earlier than planned and you changed my old pick up time to the new one without any difficulties, and the car was there waiting for me. However, there were problems actually getting through to you on the phone to make this change, so I can only give you 4 stars.”

“Extremely easy to find .no problems on entrance.waited 1 min for the free shuttle bus. Remember you're zone number and stop. Waited 5 min for a return shuttle bus although very busy it was well organised we was the first stop . Soon back to are car . would definitely use again.would recommend purple parking.”

“Excellent, convenient and good value for money as always. Just one point - when returning the car, please don't reverse in to the parking bay as it makes it very difficult (impossible if you are on an outside bay against the barrier) to get the luggage in the boot unless you pull the car forward and block everyone else from moving around.”

“Excellent we found a parking place left the car made a note of bus stand and the bus driver was with us within 10 minutes .he was such a nice man he helped us with our cases and stacked them told us jokes until we got to terminal . Return journey was good as well . Price of stay great couldn’t fault it .”

“Really disappointed. My car was parked in an overflow area for the duration of my holiday under trees. On my return the car was covered in sticky tree sap. I have had the car cleaned and it will not come off fully. Not a good experience”

“Was aware of the bad reviews when booking, but I have to say it was very smooth and effortless. We have already agreed at home, to use you again next time. Only bad thing I could mention is that the signage for the pickup from terminal 3 Heathrow was very poor. Only spotted it once on the bus, the sign was black with small white text. I assumed it would have a purple sign!”

“The driver at Jetparks 3 was without doubt the best I have ever come across. On my departure day he saw me walking towards his bus, waited for me, and was off the bus to lift my case on as I got there. Dropping me at the airport he checked I could manage. By chance it was the same driver on my return; again he checked I could get on ok with my case. At the next terminal, an elderly couple boarded, accompanied by their daughter who had had an accident abroad and was using a walking frame. He loaded all their bags for them, got them seated. Checked their stop number in advance and unloaded it all for them when we got there. (I suspect they had used the bus to arrange a pick-up by the gate for free given where they got off and that they didn’t move until the bus had left, but you can’t account for people can you ) He was lovely and considerate to everyone and very smiley even at ridiculous o’clock in the morning.”
