My car lights were turned on & left on over the weekend, resulting in a flat battery & I had to wait 30-40 mins with a wife & baby before my car was brought round. I will never use your company again! Terrible

Got charged for being 9 mins over out time even though I called to explain that we were delayed and we were never given an option to extend.

Silver zone parking was very good, checked in and transfer quick to airport then coming home smooth transfer and retrieved key back with only one woman operating returning key very efficiently then a man came to help her and kept getting in her way, bit infuriating for her but service waz great.

PARKING WAS SIMPLE AND EASY. THE PARKING LOT WAS EASY TO GET TO AND LOTS OF SIGNS TO THE CARPARK

It all went swimmingly until EasyJet cancelled My return flight so I knew I would incur a £20 late pick-up charge. I paid it and went to My car. Now I know that when I get in the car it will always have been left in gear. So I started the engine and engaged the clutch, came out of gear and to My surprise the car started moving forward towards a perimeter fence as there was an incline. I realised immediately that the handbrake incredulously had not been engaged the night before. I reported this to the front-desk and received an apology plus the comment that "there could have been a nasty accident" That is certainly an understatement ! My car could have hit the fence causing front damage and I would then have been stranded probably for hours 180 miles from My home having to make rescue and repair arrangements. So Purple Parking on this occasion did not make me happy in any way. I was just glad to leave the site with My car intact. That is not to say that I will not be using them again as I have never had a problem like this before in the numerous bookings that I have made.

Essy to check in before. Drop car and key. Buses were regular. Return was as easy. Bus pulled up as we exited airport. Short drive. Collect keys and car and go. Would recommend

Easy booking and car drop-off. Collection disappointing - no Purple Parking bus to collect us from the airport on return. Exceptionally Heathrow was kept open beyond curfew time to get people home after delays. Purple Parking should have laid on a bus collection service as Maple Parking did. We had to get a taxi back to P Parking which took a long time.

Purple parking is easy to use. The only Fault I had when I went to collect my car from Drop n Go the Drivers window was fully open.

Easy to drop off my car, took just minutes (didn't have to find a space). Also very easy upon return, as my car was parked ready for me. Friendly staff After a long flight, ease is needed, as well as a friendly face. Thank you.

Very good efficient service at the port parking for Dover. The only reason i did not give 5* is down to the fact that sat nav takes you to Tescos car park and there are no specific signs to the actual car park.

Close to the airport, but no reassuring signs that it actually IS Purple Parking and was a bit "put out" with a guy sat in a car and stopping me to check me in...it all,frankly, looked very dodgy! We waited for over 30 minutes for a bus at Stand G for the return, and then, only a small minibus showed up leaving many frustrated people behind. The driver look flustered and out of his depth, and less than 5 minutes later we were back at the Car Park. The whole outfit seems very ramshackle and dubious, and having been sold as "premium" parking I didn't feel like I was getting a premium service

Not the easiest to find the right gate. Google maps took me to easyJet staff car park. Couldn't actually see a purple parking sign anywhere. Parking itself was easy and mini bus drop off was OK although they wait to have full load so it's not every 10 min. Bus back was quite similar. We were baking in a hot bus before he got full load. It wasn't clear where at the car park is going to stop but the driver was easy going and stopped next to my car😄. Getting out was easy too No problem even with being half an hour late to leave due to flight delay. On general positive experience. Felt like shuttle in Greece or Spain but with friendly customer service lads. Will use again but will allow half an hour for transfer.

Was a straightforward drop off and a hood price but I returned to my car in the middle of the night and although car was very dirty/dusty I noticed there was a scuff from another vehicle on the passenger side door which was disheartening.

Very happy, easy to find. Hand over took a couple of minute then we were in departures. Upon returning a quick call while waiting for our bags, car was ready and waiting for us, only time took was 1 minute while carpark ticket was validated. No complaints from me
