Very disappointed when we arrived back….considering you were aware we had a blue badge for someone with disability, our car was parked in a space as far away as it could be in (Green zone - Row 2)!!!

I left my vehicle with you for 7 days and on collection the vehicle was covered in bird deposits and thick dust. I don't expect to arrive home and the vehicle to require a full valet. This is not a old car either and has only covered 6,000 miles. I shall not be using your facilities again if you can't park vehicles in a more considerate way.

Drop off and pick up were extremely quick and easy, however on pick up my car was covered in bird poo everywhere! I understand that cars are parked outside but it must have been under a tree as there were multiple coloured poos with an enormous brown 3 on the bonnet and a big white one dripped all over the passenger door handle which I had to try and wipe in order to get in!

Super quick and fantastic service - dropped my car, left the keys at the check-in desk and took a shuttle to the airport all within minutes. At the return I picked up my keys from the locker, where it was explained where the car is parked, all took no more than 2 minutes. Highly recommend!

On reflection, the meet and greet parking at London City Airport was very good - I'm deducting a star as there was a distinct lack of clear communication about the meeting points and on the return leg, I contacted the pick up number to ask where to meet, only to get a confusing reply. That being said, once drop off and collection points were understood, it was all very simple and effective.

The signage on entry to T2 car park at LHR was poor resulting in a visit to the wrong operator on first floor and a trip around the car park and re-entry.

I like the ease if purple parking but after exiting the gate they said I need to pay an additional £40 as I was over the 5 hrs period. What!!! I put in my flight details so they knew when we were landing I was so annoyed it was 11.30pm and the lady said as I didn't have a physical card to phone a friend to pay the fee!!!! I was like it's neatly midnight. Very bad form!

Once again the service we received was excellent. My husband is disabled as well as registered blind. They arranged for someone from assistance to bring a wheelchair across for him and help me with the cases..The staff are always helpful and I would always recommend using this service.

Parked in car park 2 at Cardiff Airport at a very competative rate. Number plate recognition on entry and exit made the parking process very smooth.
