“All very straightforward and painless. I was confused though, why however stored/retrieved my car felt it necessary to adjust all the mirrors, and the seat (rake and height) and worst of all, not put them back.”

“Easy to book at a value price point. Entry to the parking was straightforward and there were enough staff to help with finding a parking spot. Transfer to the airport and back was OK but very hot in the bus on the return as it was a very hot day. Fortunately the parking is almost on the airport so the journey is only a few minutes. Only a short wait for the vehicle both journeys, the driver on the return journey was very helpful to us as we could not find the card and had forgotten the bay number.”

“I was not able to find where to meet and we incurred a charge of £6.50 x 2 trying to locate the car park. We had not been sent a number to ring as before. Apart from that the collection arrangment was ok.”

“I didn't understand where to go it wasn't clear. I thought purple parking was just selling space in the normal car park so I parked there. I ended up paying £100 for parking and Purple Parking would not refund the £70 I paid them.”
