“I was not able to find where to meet and we incurred a charge of £6.50 x 2 trying to locate the car park. We had not been sent a number to ring as before. Apart from that the collection arrangment was ok.”

“I didn't understand where to go it wasn't clear. I thought purple parking was just selling space in the normal car park so I parked there. I ended up paying £100 for parking and Purple Parking would not refund the £70 I paid them.”

“Had an early flight, got there at 4am and found the whole experience really easy. Very helpful staff who directed me and made it a simple process. Quick shuttle to the airport. No problems whatsoever.”

“Parking signs at the airport were almost non existent. We asked an airport worker where we needed to go and he directed us to the 3rd floor of the car park. We then discovered it was the wrong place. Still couldn’t see purple parking signs. Asked someone else and got to the correct floor. When we got to the men upstairs. They handed me my ticket back and ordered me to pay £20 at the machine for going to the wrong floor. No customer service skills at all. I’ve used purple parking for every holiday I’ve been on as an adult but this experience has put an end to it. I won’t be using the service again, sadly.”

“Easy to book, arrival smooth procedure. Transport to and from airport good if a little cramped. We got back at 3.30am as flight delayed process to get car keys was good (bit like Amazon!!) I misread the area on car keys but a very kind attendant pointed out my error and kindly got the car for us as we were in totally different zone (in A and should have been H) so top marks for your staff's kindness.”

“Easy to use, arranged hotel and airport parking for our holiday. Good information provided about whereabouts of car park, a 5 min wait and we were on the bus to the airport where we then made our way to the hotel. Return was just as easy, a 5 min wait again and bus arrived to take us to the parking although it might be good to have something updated on the app if that's possible (I know it's different companies) to say what car park section we were in rather than having to keep hold of a tiny ticket all holiday. Overall a very good experience and we would definitely use them again.”
