I couldn't access the purple parking site that was at the address given. It was lockes up with no one there. I also couldn't contact anyone to solve the problem so I had to find alternative parking at the last minute which cost me a further £264 and a lot of stress. I have since emailed 4 times to perhaps recieve a refund as I didn't get to use my slot thay I booked due to poor directions from purple parking. This was not a me problem as 4 other cars had also turned up at the same location unable to find it either. I'm not hopeful of reviewing any reply if I'm honest . It made the start of our holiday very stressful.

When I returned, my vehicle clearly hadn’t been always parked where it was left originally as it had heavy mud splatter consistent with it being parked in a field. Plus the mat in the drivers footwell had heavily muddied footmarks, neither was the condition I left it in. Will definitely use this location again

When i dropped off the car it had just been cleaned and I took photos of the car. When the car was brought back to me it was filthy dirty as if it had been driven through fields and the car had been driven over 24 miles as I made note of the mileage before I left. Will not use again or recommend.

The system all worked properly, and the parking went pretty much according to plan. However, the wait for the bus to collect me from the airport late at night was unacceptably long. I have a suggestion on how to improve your service and not ailienate your customers. Although I am a long-term and reguilar user of your service, I was promising never to use you again while waiting and waiting to be picked up by the bus. To improve your service, this is what you need to do. Add onto your website (and make available as an App) a functiion where customers can see where your buses are. If a bus is at the depot and hasn't left yet, then you need a count-down timer showing the customer how long it is till that bus will leave. So simple in these days of intrenet and apps......

Efficient drop off.. at garage ..waited longer than expected for pick up.then had to go from Terminal 3 out to Terminal 5 before heading back to base...I think waiting and doing the circuit took us over 50 minutes...not so great

Very efficient service, friendly staff. The only downside was there was not sufficient room on the bus to put suitcases when crowded and difficult to put cases on higher shelf

Hassle free experience. Would be helpful if the booking included instructions e.g. drive to barrier take ticket. Barrier will recognise your number plate upon exit so ticket will not be required.

This is a terrible company. They lead on their web page with free cancellation but when you try and cancel with plenty of time before a booking they issue you a voucher. You have to navigate a huge amount of deflection before they finally issue your refund minus £10 which they just keep because they hid a clause in the terms and conditions. Customer services on chat cut you off while you are talking to them with no provocation. Do not use this company or holiday extra their parent company. They are sharks.

I was so stressed trying to find the actual parking as it is sign posted very minimal . As for the attendant that rushed me and was very very rude ,rushing me to get my cases out my car and telling me to move as they had people parking behind us while we were trying to get our cases out of the boot . I am physicality disable and neurodiverse this is so distressing that I paid a lot of money £128 to lessen the burden and stress levels , just to be treat like rubbish This caused me to have a really bad panic attack and this made me forget to leave my keys so my car could be moved This caused further distress and anxiety attack in return at 2am in the morning as they had moved my car to one side of carpark and it caused me to have a flat battery on my return and had to ask for help from a Marshall in a truck , who was so nice and helpful . I will not be recommending your parking to anyone and I'm highly unlikely to use your service again .
