“Booked on line accidentally put the wrong date and actually was a day later than booked Spoke to customer service who advised to cancel the booking and rebook with the voucher which I did Went back on the website and the price had increased by £60 in 10 minutes! Wrote a complaint on line who advised it was a live booking and nothing could be changed Disgusting and misleading as when I again went on line it had reduced down to the original price !”

“Having previously used a rather dodgy eastern European parking company for Gatwick, which worried me on several levels, it was great to return to the slightly more expensive, but thoroughly professional Purple Parking. For peace of mind, PP cannot be beaten.”

“I used the long stay car park, having booked on the Internet and printed out the details. On arrival it seemed that there was a problem with the barrier(s). One barrier was permanently open and a lady security attendant was "checking" cars as they went through. I said that I had booked on the Internet and was ushered through without needing to show any proof. No problems finding my car I noted where I had left it, but was unable to leave the car park. The cameras failed to recognise my number plate and I had no "ticket" so the barrier didn't open. I pressed the help button and was let out after proving who I was. So, no interrogation entering the car park, but difficulty leaving. Shouldn't it be the other way around?”

“Booked a hotel and parking package with Purple Parking. Although the hotel itself wasn't the best night's sleep (which is not down the PP, that's down to the hotel itself) the PP package was flawless and easy to book. I will use again but may pick a different hotel next time. A good price and convenient location.”

“Directions made it easy to find.Parked up and took the bus straight to the airport.Transfers were efficient and drivers really helpful.We tend to use Purple Parking for all our journeys away from home for this reason .”

“My car was ready when I landed no waiting around, however it had been parked under a tree for the week it was covered in Bird Poo and sticky stuff from the tree , my windscreen wouldn’t even clear”
