“I’ve never had any problems with purple parking having used them for around 20 years. Always efficient, helpful and polite staff and a regular shuttle service to Gatwick .”

“Took 10mins on the phone to get through to operator when collecting the car on arrival and then another 25mins for car to arrive, so not as advertised. They left drivers seat heating on full - amusing for them perhaps as it was warm outside.”

“Easy booking system and great to have got a promotion price on it too. Friendly & efficient staff, easy to find and park. No waiting for the shuttle bus either end of the journey. Would happily use again & recommend”

“Car was returned dirty from where it had been parked. Tree sap, bird poo and dirt left on the car. When I booked this, I asked straight away and was told they would happily return the car to us at another Terminal (as the return leg was to a different part of the airport) if we just let them know on the phone when we land. Nearer the time, we were told we had to pay £20 extra for this to be done. It was too late to arrange alternative parking but we could have got parking a lot cheaper at our time if booking if this extra charge was advised at the time!”

“Excellent experience. Everything was so easy and ran like clockwork. From the booking and clear instructions to the car park to leaving the car, catching the bus and our flight with time to spare! Then catching the bus to the car park after our holiday, driving off in the car and out of the gates with no issues at all. Thank you Purple Parking.”
