The ticket would not allow me to leave the car park. A message on the machine said I was at the wrong car park. I had to get the attendant to message his assistant to get the barrier open. There are no area signs in the car park to remind anyone where they have left their car.

Had trouble making the booking,had to have money back as went through as multiple bookings,thought we would be taking to the airport in a mini bus from 'imagine' car park but no! Meet and Greet that we had booked meant we had to pay extra if we wanted that!!!

I was greeted by name by the gentleman at the Exeter Airport skyparks area, he and his colleague were clearly expecting me and were friendly and helpful. On return, my car was ready and waiting, they had positioned it just near the exit, really helpful.

Birmingham Airport. The location was fine, easy to find and easy to park. We just missed a bus and consequently it took nearly 40 mins for us, from the time of arrival at the car park to arriving at the airport. Coming back we waited at the airport bus stop for nearly an hour without a bus arriving. There were roadworks on the return journey, as these were known about perhaps it would have been prudent to use 2 buses.

I am extremely disappointed with the meet and greet service provided at Heathrow T2. My expectation was on return my car would be waiting for me in the same condition that I left it. Excerpt from web site ‘On your return trip you wander through arrivals to find your chauffeur has returned your car to the terminal, safe and sound, ready for you to head home’ Instead my partner and I waited in the car park on level 4 for getting on for an hour, having to chase up on where my car was. And when it arrived it was filthy with dust and the driver had chucked a bucket of water over it. Not at all impressed

Everything went very smoothly and we were very happy with the service. Just one complaint: I made the booking in my name. I am a woman and a wheelchair user. When we arrived, I presented the paperwork to the man at the desk and he COMPLETELY ignored me, addressing all the questions and comments to my husband. The booking was in my name and I had provided my mobile phone number, but he asked my husband for his mobile number. That is downright rude and I was not happy at all! Staff training is required.

Gravel roads are not suitable for transporting luggage to bus stop. No drainage so everywhere was flooded getting back to our vehicle.

Very happy chappie, excellent place to park for Heathrow Airport being right next door to Premier Inn Hotel where I was staying both pre and post flight - 50 yards walk. May I suggest that Purple Parking could display a prominent sign in their reception area to remind people from outside of the London area to pay the ULEZ/LEZ charge within 3 days to avoid a penalty notice charge. I had previously googled this and was wrongly informed that the Airport Terminals themselves were within the ULEZ/LEZ ZONE, but not the hotel and car park. A reminder sign to that effect could be useful.

Absolutely fab experience. All very easy. After a friendly and easy check-in at the barrier, we were met by a ‘follow me’ car and taken to our space and then guided to the bus. The bus dropped us right outside the terminal. All was very swift and well organised and my car was just where I left it when I returned.
