“The booking was seamless and no problems at the airport. However I'm a regular customer of Purple Parking and they often send me marketing claiming 'up to 20%'.....in all my years using then I've NEVER had more than 10% off....very misleading and also not rewarding loyalty.....disappointing!”

“As always the staff are there on hand and pleasant to deal with. Terminal 3 was better than Terminal 5 where the car park entrance isn't as clear and I ended up having to go back out to get up to the 4th floor as barriers were down. Not Purple Parking's fault, Heathrows doing, and charged £7.50 too! Have tried to complain to Heathrow but no luck.”

“Good as ever, easy web site, close to airport terminal we use section c mostly mainly ample parking. We live hour via metro from airport, so cost could be cheaper, but convenience of parking outweighs metro, and not subject to strikes, weather etc. we are back in June to use parking again”
