Easy to book online, had a live chat too before booking. On the day, easy to find staff to direct. Wasn't sure where to park on arrival but someone was on hand to let us know. Shuttle was ready, staff friendly and helpful outgoing and incoming. Would definitely use again. Price a little steep but cheaper than parking at Gatwick.

We airways use Purple Parking at Luton airport. The buses are very frequent, car parking spaces a decent size and only 4 mins from the airport. Also the buses are very stop is right outside, so very convenient.

We had trouble finding it, as it was under air parking when we got there, took us around half hour to realise the different name. Then coming back again took 20 mins to find the car no one around to help

Parking easy but key drop off complicated for disabled. On return slow process getting keys back. Due to construction bus stops away from key pick up

I was confused at first - I parked my car on an available slot instead of going through the check in of the car park. But the people were good to explain what I should do to correct it. The bus transfer was fine as well and it was priced lower than the Heathrow car park. Happy to try them again in the future. Thanks

All went smoothly, however, getting back and forth to/from terminal 3 took a little longer due to multiple stops. Otherwise, good experience. Have used the service multiple times and have no real complaints with Purple Parking

It was a simple easy check in, bus arrived in time and was 15 mins straight to Luton. Collection even easier & pretty well explained of how to collect your key. Good prices too

Jet park 3 is literally a 5 minute walk to the airport. Plenty of places available to park.

Almost an hour to reach terminal 5 from the point i stepped on the bus at the car park having to wait sat on the bus for some 25minutes. 35minute wait for a shuttle to bring us back from the airport and an hour in total. Got in the car, turned the engine on and the stereo was blaring, it was turned of when i had dropped the car off. Then found the seat settings had been totally moved so much that i couldn't get in to the seat, i had to play around with it. Left the car park out on to the main road to find all the wing mirror settings had been totally moved. Why were all these changes made to my car to move it a very short distance inside the compound? and why if they changed everything why didn't they move the settings back once the car was parked? Absolutely shocking service and it really is a case of you get what you pay for, pay peanuts you get Monkeys.

All the usual expected efficiency. But: the new practise of having to show car park tickets before boarding the bus back wasn't expected and held up the queue on a cold rainy night. The Purple Parking/Q Park branding is confusing. Make clear which it is or have one combined name and logo. On our return there were two staff on duty but the first customer with one had lost his ticket, and the first with the other staff member had a dispute. Both took ages holding up all returned guests. Problem collections should be required to wait while normal collections are processed.

Simple booking process (and flexibility when dates had to be changed at late notice) good value, hassle-free at the site, bus service good. Frequent user and would recommend.
