“No issues at all excellent service for a fair price dropped the car off with no issues Late picking the car up on arriving back in uk due to the power issues in Portugal but picked the car up with no problems at all. Excellent service well recommended”

“Refused to give any partial refund on the end of holiday hotel after flights were delayed a day telling me there was nothing they could do. Parking was fine but customer service was dire.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. So straight forward, dropped off car at the airport, and the car was there waiting for us when we returned. This is the 3rd time we have used Purple Parking and we be using them all the time.”

“Basically good but needs to have a bit more to find car than zone A or B. Would need to count rows and position of car along the row next time. Plus someone looked as though they had pushed luggage between our car and scratched it. As no walkways through to next rows”

“It was a good experience. However, one of the drivers on that day was not being professional. My partner and I were waiting at Bus Stop 91, which was the nearest to where I parked my car, waiting for the bus to take us to the airport, and he drove passed us. He should have stopped and told us where to wait for the bus. It was the second driver who stopped for us to pick us up. He later told us that we should have waited on the other side of the road. The first drive only neglected us. That is not fair. Apart from that, the service was good. I will use the service again.”
