I've used this meet & greet service a few times, never had any issues. Easy directions to follow, the car has always been dropped off no hassle and collect as planned. Will use again.

Excellent service from start to finish - booking was simple, cost was very competitive and the meet and greet both ways was efficient and staff friendly - car was returned clean and tidy and damage free - all airport charges covered - good job.

Purple parking at Luton, avoid just pay more. Purple parking at Heathrow however is absolutely fantastic and I will continue using every time I fly.

An excellent parking experience at Purple Parking at Heathrow Airport. The process was smooth from start to finish—clear signage, easy access. Everything felt well organized and secure, which made traveling far less stressful. The location was convenient for the terminals, and getting in and out was quick and hassle-free. Overall, a reliable and efficient service that I’d happily use again and recommend to others.

I have used Purple Parking before and have always been happy. On this occasion at Heathrow Terminal 3 drop off was difficult do to the lack of available parking spaces to leave the car on l bel 4, but eventually got parked. Arriving hone I phoned at 19:45, as requested, to advise that I had the bags and was on the way. When I arrived to collect the car I was advised that it would be a couple of minutes, then 40 minutes on and there is no sign of it. I could see it was still sitting in the Holiday Inn carpark. There were about another ten or fifteen people who have arrived since I got there. Eventually got in the car at 20:45, I do not think an hour wait is acceptable. The poor guy giving keys couldn’t do anything, he kept phoning but didn’t seem to get much response except there weren’t enough drivers.

On arrival at Heathrow T3 terminal parking level 4 (as instructed) there was nowhere to park, the car park was full so I and many other drivers were circling waiting for a space to become available before handing keys to a Purple Parking attendant. This resulted in a 20 minute delay in me checking in. When I returned to collect my car I was given a ticket for the car park exit barrier and told it wouldn’t work! “Just tell them you’re with Purple Parking and they’ll open the barrier. They didn’t. Took several phone calls to sort this out. Very frustrating after a 12 hour flight. I booked Purple Parking Meet and Greet as the quickest way through the parking process, it wasn’t!

Quick and easy drop off and collection of my car. No noticeable dings or scratches on the paintwork or excess mileage. Bus driver was a bit manic with his driving, but otherwise no complaints using this service. Would do again.
