Use this service quite a bit as I travel regularly.
It's convenient, but it can take longer than it should. You never know when the bus will come on the return, and it can be full by the time it gets to T5, so you may be stood up the entire ride back to the parking facility. On the outbound, they stop at every terminal, even though there I'm sometimes the only one on the bus going to T5. Think they could do T5 first then come back the other way just to drop off the only passenger on the bus.
Still, a good cost-effective option.
