When we arrived at our 4am slot there was no one there,so had to wait around, when the guy turned up he was on his own as the other guy was doing a meet and greet,we did not get to the airport till 4.45 and our flight was 6.30,dropped off in the car park so they did not have to pay the fees, we had to walk with our luggage across the car park to get to the airport, I feel there was not enough staff on and we could have parked closer to the airport
