Well you didn’t make me happy, our flight was delayed, that I know isn’t your fault however we waited 35 minutes for your bus to collect us at the collection point outside the airport, every carrier except purple parking turned up, just a thought if the flight was late don’t you think you would know and have a bus waiting? Because you are happy to charge me late Collections fees if needed.
