Relocated to Singapore and let our property - PBs all online approach sounded perfect for us in a different time zone. In two years of our tenancy we were never introduced to a property manager (clearly they don’t actually employ them) so every little thing was whatsapped to me by tenant as there was no other way. Wound up switching agents mid covid, over an 8 hour time difference. What a mission. A few months since the switch Pb still dragging their heels and haven’t returned all the money they owe us. Unbelievable. So if you’re thinking of letting with them, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!
