I wrote a review on Trust Pilot of the bad experience I received trying to book a viewing using Purple bricks.
They have made me edit my review 5 times now.
They will flag anything they can to keep a bad review hidden.
Mine was initially flagged as I named the agent who gave me poor service yet that name seems fine on the 5 star reviews.
In short you cannot trust these guys.
