Appears to me that those who wish to sell their property seek as low cost organisation to transact their wish. The old adage is you get what one pays for?
Also the seller signs up not to Purple Bricks but to an independent finance house that underwrites each and every sale contract - thus the seller is committed to the finance house rather than Purple Bricks a sales and marketing organisation
