They never respond to my neighbor who is a single mother with three kids and paying over £1000 a month for 2 bedrooms flat in Glasgow Harbour, her boiler and heating system are broken in this winter for months and they never replied to her emails nor answer the phone calls , definitely I’m frustrated and would like to warn people to not get any property through them , they will never look after you or answer your call when you have any issue with essential needs like heating , boiler and hob like what happened and I witnessed with my neighbor
