Absolutely amazing experience with Putplebricks. The communication was amazing ,our agent (Anne Mitchell Scottish Borders) always emailed straight away - even on weekends & evenings. Couldn’t recommend them enough , The booking system so easy, viewers just requested a time & we confirmed it - no waiting for agents to get in touch to do this- especially at weekends when a lot of estate agents are closed . Sale agreed with our first viewing. Purplebricks also recommended an solicitor and they have been great . They keep you informed every step of the way - also the estate agents & solicitor fees together are cheaper than our local estate agent charges by themselves.
