Absolutely terrible experience with Purple Bricks.
The sales reps are not either trained or cannot be bothered as they get paid anyway - whether they manage to sell or not once you've signed the contract.
Their website does not function correctly for customers wanting to book viewing.
Don't waste your money get a real proper local estate agent who knows the area well and will go the extra mile to ensure you get a good price and sale for your property.
They should not even get 1 star (can't submit a review unless at least 1 star is selected).
