I am currently purchasing a property marketed through Purplebricks. The so called 'local expert' ignores my emails, every time I speak with someone on their 'help' line they tell me a different story, 6 weeks post offer and my conveyancer still hasn't received the memorandum of sale. This means my purchase is still at least 8-12 weeks away from completion, if it ever does.
I really wouldn't ever want to deal with this agent again.
