Absolutely appalling company set up, my son has been a model tenant for nearly 3 years, house being sold so he has had to move out, all done in a proper fashion, they are holding on to his deposit return, he has made numerous phone calls, been passed from person to person, excuse after excuse, they have put the phone down on him, the staff are extremely rude, unprofessional and totally dishonest.
