Paid up front, my father's "assisted living apartment" did not allow For Sale signs.
My main grievance is that they stopped advertising the property immediately the first interested party presented themselves. I wanted it to be listed as "under offer" which would still allow other interested parties to consider the property. After months of inaction the party withdrew from the prospect and over the winter period nothing happened. I ended up with a smaller company who found a buyer at a sensible purchase price. Purple Bricks failed me.
