Have to repeat yourself every time you call- different people. You’re allocated a “case manager” but never get to speak to them.
It’s more hassle than worth - pay cheap get a rubbish service!
If you agree an offer - it goes to someone else. It’s a really stressful situation as it is. Save yourself some stress and have an estate agent where you can walk into their branch if you need to.
