Really poor service from Purplebricks.... they don't return your calls, they don't reply to emails, you can't get hold of the individuals allocated to your sale.
I found Purplebricks to be a shambles and have submitted a formal complaint about my experience.
They are a waste of money and caused me personally a considerable amount of stress due to their incompetence.
No where near good enough!
