I had a very poor experience with Shavaie Zanzala. Her communication was unacceptably slow, with email responses taking weeks, making it impossible to make any progress. The lack of professionalism and urgency was shocking, especially considering the importance of the matter.
This level of service is completely unacceptable and has caused me significant frustration and wasted time. I would not recommend working with her if you want a smooth and efficient process.
