They lied at the beginning. Said they'd be with us all the way. Contact us at least once a week. In about 10 weeks, the only time they contacted us was to remind us to reply to an offer, which was EXTREMELY low. They gave us NO advice at all after signing the dotted line. NEVER use them! We left early, happy to pay them money to get rid of them
