Extremely poor service overall - the advert was incorrect and the pictures were poorly done
Sent email(s) that were never replied to
No contact from PB for weeks on end
Not at all the service level I was sold but it would appear once you have paid their interest disappears
Several months later property still not sold and now going with a local agent
