I would certainly recommend Purplebricks, could not be simpler. You get the same exposure as you would using a traditional estate agent but cost is far less.
We dealt with Richard Leaman, very professional, knows exactly what is is doing. He has been excellent and managed to negoiate on our behalf and managed to get an extra £5000 above the asking price.
He has always kept us fully imformed of developments within the chain and everything has run smoothly
