Am very sorry to say that literally the only contribution that Purplebricks made to our move from Kent to Oxfordshire was to make us feel very stressed, regularly. All paperwork was in a few weeks ago and the tenancy agreement was signed over a week ago. Someone has just phoned to say that they need more proof of my name, so we resent by e-mail my P60, which had originally been sent with my other documents. They really couldn't organise a P*** up in a brewery!
