Don't use.. Two sales lost - my own and the person I was buying from - who had to withdraw from buying his next property and selling to me due to appalling lack of communication and failure to represent either their client or myself as buyer properly..
So-called local agent was surprised and irritated to be contacted, then had no knowledge of property..
My advice: Pay standard local agent or high street fees and get a proper service..
