DO NOT USE!
Purple Bricks failed to sell my house yet I had to pay their fees - although I complained numerous times and got a £450 refund against their invoice because of dreadful service from their local property experts, a misnomer if ever there was one.
I believe their policies and procedures and complete lack of customer service will ultimately lead to their going out of business.
