PurpleBricks wrongly listed the nearest train station for our house as Garforth (2.8miles away), even though we live in Crossgates which has a station 0.1 miles away. PurpleBricks tried to blame 'the data coming from Rightmove', until we pointed out that Rightmove was listing this correctly. PurpleBricks said they'd fix the issue, but 4 weeks later it was still incorrect. They said they'd give us free premium listing, after 5 days they still hadn't. They said you'd look into what went wrong, but a week later still no response from the investigate.
