Wouldn't bother with this outfit.
As others have said, once they have your money they lose all interest.
It may be cheaper than proper Estate Agents, but you get what you pay for in this case. I'd rather pay an extra £700-£1000 and have a decent agent with proper customer service support.
Our initial advert had lousy pictures (which had to be retaken), and we had to correct multiple spelling mistakes and errors in their write up - we ended up writing the advert for them!!!!
We made a complaint that was being investigated, but never heard anything further.
Basically, what you get for your money is advertising on the major house sale websites. Some may get better service, but it seems like a lottery dependent on who your agent is.
We've since taken the property away from Purple Bricks, even though it meant taking a big financial hit.
I'd say avoid like the plague, especially as they seem to remove negative reviews from other review sites - rather than improving their service.
You might get lucky with them, but probably best to pay the extra initially and get a decent Agent.
