I placed my property with Purple Bricks and 12 months later still on the market. I have now paid my fee in total in excess £1,000. Poor service, only occasional contact from my local agent and certainly they do not go out of their way to try to get buyers through the door. Only excuses such as current state of the market and Brexit.
I would not recommend them. Standard agent at least you don’t pay if not sold.
