Never use Purplebricks
The service is appalling. I also had to involve ombudsman - unfortunately complaint was not upheld. PB take no responsibility for their shortcomings - they are patronising and chauvinistic. Communication is disjointed - make sure all communication is in writing so that you have an accurate record . Use at your peril.
