I checked out 8 post codes through Rightmove and zoopla houses sold near me and PBs sold no houses in last two years, they are the worse performing. Service very poor. Took it to the TPOS and they have not fully reviewed as with others I note usually only award a discount. I am also taking it to Trading Standards for breach of consumer rights, misleading advertising and a sales process designed to waive your right to a cooling off period.
