My only experience is that when I wanted to view a property I called their number and it obviously is a central number for the whole country so they couldn't tell me anything about the property.
I then asked to book a viewing and was told that the earliest was 8 days later which was ridiculous but the rep in the area would have to call me to confirm, he never called me to confirm so I didn't view, the seller may have lost out on a sale because I viewed a property through a normal agent the next day and made a offer on the property.
