Absolutely terrible. Our tenant didn't pay the last month's rent and left the house dirty. Purple bricks agreed we should get the entire deposit back. Four months later I spoke to our Ex- tenant who informed me that she had agreed that we get the entire deposit months ago. We are still waiting for Our money, it's been five months! All calls are ignored, all emails ignored even wrote to chief executive and yes also ignored.
Next will be a lawyer. Do not go with Purple bricks
