Ignored situation, charge fees even if house doesn't sell, or repossessed. I had a very small amount of time to sell, took 6 weeks to get on market.
Never sold.
Advised having financial difficulties, which they ignore, ignored my emails and phone calls. Now having to deal with debt agencies, in an already stressful time. In times of such uncertainty, Coronavirus no work, they do this. No customer consideration at all.
So if your house sells or not they won't care, as you pay either way!! DO NOT USE!!
