When buying off Purple bricks, beware I had an agent I caught out, not returning calls costing us 2000 pounds on extending our rental because of there negligence when buying. I do not recommend there online completion team, however they will convince you it’s quicker, however it took months with no chain at all.
Be cautious, get your own legal team.
Very frustrating and costly.
