I wish I could give them a Zero star or a negative star! I haven’t dealt with any professional company worse than Purple Bricks. We have been using them to manage our tenancy. They have been so incompetent in responding to any of the requests either from us or from the tenants. They have two people managing our property and. Dry conveniently switch between each other stating that this is a new issue and will be dealt by the new manager or this is an old issue and will be dealt by the earlier manager. Result: no action. The phone numbers don’t work. They don’t respond on time and above all they never reply to any of the requests. Please avoid them at all costs.
