I have purchased numerous chains and pendants directly from Pyrrha and from retail stores. They are all excellent quality. I recently had a chain clasp break after years of use and it was replaced - no questions asked. My recent purchase was an initial charm to represent my recently deceased husband. It came promptly and it's beautiful.
