“Beautiful pieces, great talismans to join you in your daily adventures. I was shopping for a longer chain to string an older Pyrrha amulet on and treated myself to "We are stardust", too.”

“Very pretty! Not quite as thick and sturdy feeling as my other Pyrrha. I have been having a bit of a reaction to the chain, it makes my neck really itchy and red. I’m not allergic to sterling, so may just be polishing compound or something, which I’ll try washing off.”

“The talisman is absolutely beautiful. My only feedback would be that the clasp is hard to open and secure. I didn’t think the chain would be that delicate looking and that’s on me for not figuring that out before ordering.”

“I've been a big fan of Pyrrha for years (my first being the silver falcon necklace). However, as one is prone to do, my tastes have changed and now I primarily wear gold jewelry. I was delighted to reach out to the team and find out that not only were they able to bring back a retired mold for me, but they were able to cast in gold. “I ordered the New Beginnings talisman in silver. ABSOLUTELY perfect just what I needed. I received notification that it was delivered, it was nowhere to be found. I sent and email and Stefani emailed immediately. The necklace was in transit still I was mistaken . Even after anther email to say I received the necklace Stefani emailed me again to say thank you. Besides the kindness in the emails the love that went into packaging. Above and beyond. Thank you so much fornthe love and kindness.”

“Terrible service. I reached out to your customer care three times to make arrangements to make an exchange. Never heard back once. I had to re-purchase the chain I wanted and I’m now at a loss financially. Won’t order from you ever again. Horrible customer service.”

“I LOVE my talisman: Authentic - perfect for me in every way and really beautiful. I'm so glad that I got it and I've had lots of compliments on it already. I'm not as crazy about the chain - it's okay, but since it cannot be adjusted for length, I'm using different chains when I want to wear it shorter or longer. I would love Pyrrha to offer adjustable chains (really, all of their chains) as an option with any talisman purchase. I'd also like for them to come up with a charm/pendant holder that is versatile to use with their or other (especially thicker) chains. It just means that we would wear them more (and more of them!).”
